RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All goods are guaranteed 100%. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods to us in original condition within 30 days, and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you.

Faulty & Damaged Products

If you find that a product doesn't work or perform as expected, please email us, orders@toys.co.nz to discuss the options to repair and/or replace the faulty product.

Incorrect Products

Occasionally a supplied products might vary from what was expected. If this happens, contact our customer services team to discuss the options to refund or replace the affected items.

Changed your mind?

Had a change of heart and decided to return an item. We can deal with this with this (with a few conditions). The item must be unopened, not damaged and returned within 14 days of delivery. The shipping for the return will be at the cost of the buyer. Once we have the item in hand, we will assess the condition of the product and process a refund or issues store credit. Products below are excluded from this guarantee, except where they are faulty:

  • Personal Care Items
  • Headphones
  • Software (Gaming DVD)
  • Wearables
