How do I cancel or change my order after I have submitted it?

We can cancel or change your order up to the time that the order has been sent and you have received the order shipped email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments by bank deposit.

Optionally, you can also save your card details for faster processing of your order in the future.

How do I make payment by bank deposit?

If you have chosen to pay for your order with internet banking, you will receive an email from us detailing the amount to pay and the information to provide in the reference fields of your payment.

We check our account twice daily for new payments, however please note that it can take a few working days for your payment to appear in our account.

Once your payment has been received your order will be confirmed and dispatched to you.

How can I check up on the status of my order?

After you have placed your order we will send you an email confirmation. Please check your spam folders on your email as sometimes our order confirmations end up here.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account and then going to Order History.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a link to your tracking details. You can view the progress of your delivery by clicking on this link.

If anything happens to your order we will let you know.

When will the order be charged to my credit card?

We will charge you as soon as you have confirmed your order by clicking the "Place Order" button on the checkout process.
